The Company
DSA Overseas grew out of a family history in vegetable dehydration that goes back over thirty years. We combine that inherited know-how with a fully automated processing facility in Mahuva, Gujarat — one of India's key onion and garlic growing belts — to turn fresh harvest into export-ready flakes, granules and powders without shortcuts.
Every batch is tracked from the field it was grown in to the container it ships in. No added sulphites, no chlorates, no chemical residue — just crop, heat and time, done properly.

How It's Made
Crop bought direct from contracted farms around Mahuva at peak maturity.
Manual and mechanical sorting removes damaged stock before a thorough wash.
Precision slicing into flakes, chopped, minced or kibbled cuts to spec.
Controlled hot-air drying strips moisture while holding onto color and aroma.
A portion is ground further into granules or fine powder, sieved to grade.
